We are looking for a Home Care Business Development Consultant - Home Instead - Windward O'ahu

For over 11 years, Home Instead has been a trusted partner to kūpuna and their 'ohana across Windward O'ahu. We're growing — and we're looking for a driven relationship-builder who wants to wake up every day knowing their work helps real families in our community.

Base: $48,000 | On-Target Earnings: $70,000+ Your income grows when we grow. If you can build genuine referral relationships and make 20–30 meaningful community contacts each week, this role rewards you for it. In this role, hitting your On-target earnings potential means bringing roughly 4 - 5 new clients per month to families who need us.

About Your New Role
As a Home Care Business Development Consultant at Home Instead, you will be instrumental in driving our service expansion within our assigned territory. Your main goal is to generate revenue through engaging in outside sales and securing contracts for our services, so that we can provide excellent care to more clients. Your role will require you to spend more than half of your time away from the office, actively seeking new referral sources and strengthening existing relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, from initiating cold calls to delivering formal group presentations.

Key Job Components
● Represent Home Instead with integrity in every community interaction, bringing more families to Home Instead when they need us most.
● Cultivate a network with referral providers, including but not limited to hospitals, physicians, and senior living facilities.
● Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing plans, with a focus on bringing in new clients and growing our referral pipeline.
● Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and leverage software tools to grow our reach across Windward O'ahu.
● Participate in educational programs and contribute to the collective knowledge and growth of the team.

Our Ideal Candidate
● Has a passion for sales and relationship-building.
● Existing relationships within island medical, senior care, and/or community organizations is a plus.
● Is capable of working autonomously in the field.
● Possesses strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
● Is committed to achieving and surpassing sales goals.
● Comfortable presenting to groups in clinical and community settings.
● Speaks to our community — bilingual candidates (Japanese, Tagalog, Ilocano) welcome.
